Pro's Pressure Washing flies drones to clean windows, buildings, towers, and tanks. We even seal concrete from the air. Our crew takes on the jobs nobody else can tackle... all while staying on the ground.
Don't think a drone can pressure wash? Watch this!
We offer different solutions for each customer's needs- a wash, a cleaning, or a coating. Do you struggle with site accessibility, safety, and time constraints? You've come to the right place.

Grime, algae, and mineral staining don't just look bad — they accelerate wear on concrete, steel, and coatings, and they're often the first thing an inspector or the public notices. For municipal tanks and towers, exterior washing is frequently part of the maintenance cycle inspection standards call for. For churches, campuses, stadiums, and commercial properties, it's the difference between a building that looks cared for and one that doesn't.

Streaked, hazy glass reads as neglect before anyone sets foot inside. Our drone reaches every pane of a multi-story facade without a lift, a rig, or a rope — clean sightlines from the lobby to the top floor, on a schedule that doesn't shut a building down to get there.

The shield payload uses the drone to apply a water-repellant protective coating to porous material. This application leaves a hydrophobic layer on the surface which shields it from moisture related damage. In the warm months, you get protection from biological growth and staining. In the cool months you get protection from crack causing freeze-thaw cycles and the corrosion caused by salt or ice melt. It also helps with snow and ice removal- ice can't fill the pores and grip to protected concrete.
Ideal for stadiums, buildings, concrete towers, bridge roadway decks, roadway barriers, bridge pillars, data centers, parking garages, sidewalks, and more, this protection is in it for the long haul— just like your investment. The best part is it can be done without anyone leaving the ground.

We clean steeples, crosses, and sanctuary glass without weeks of scaffold setup or a service interruption on Sunday.
From tanks to towers to infrastructure- there's no climbing or cranes. Just results.
From full building washes to window cleaning or routine maintenance, we keep your facility looking the way it should.
We map the building or structure and flag every hard-to-reach place before wash day.
Each job gets a plan tuned to your specific project.
The drone carries the hose fed water, cleaning solution, or sealant from the ground straight up to what needs attention.
At the end of each project, we connect with the customer to inspect the results and make sure they're satisfied.
No scaffolding, no lift, no crew at height — just the drone and the surface.

Our drone reaches 200 ft, eliminating the need for boom lifts, scaffolding, or rappelling — and the liability that comes with them.

A 180' tower and one drone with two jobs. We washed it. We sealed it — a nationwide industry first. We did it first. We did it right.

Same agency, same drone, two different sites flown a few days apart.

Each crew is staffed by an RPIC, or Remote Pilot In Command. These RPICs are FAA Part 107 certified, background screened, and easily identified on the job site.

We only fly when it's safe and legal. We follow FAA airspace regulations, monitor the weather, complete pre-flight check lists, and manage job site access with signs, cones, and tape. We take it seriously.
Pro's flies the Sherpa cleaning drone, engineered and built by Lucid Bots in Charlotte, North Carolina — U.S.-manufactured hardware purpose-built for exterior cleaning, from window washing to structure washing to sealant application.
